Edo Japan was founded in Calgary, Alberta, by Japanese Buddhist minister Reverend Susumu Ikuta, who aimed to bring traditional Teppan-style meals and signature teriyaki sauce to Canada. Now celebrating 45 years and over 200 locations, Edo Japan has expanded across Canada while remaining committed to quality and community.
