In 2004, sisters Mandy and Rebecca Wolfe launched Montreal’s first create-your-own salad bar in the back of a clothing store—armed only with passion and creativity. Mandy crafted the menu, while Rebecca designed the cozy space, and together they hoped for the best. The response was overwhelming; Montrealers embraced their fresh, gourmet salads, and the buzz quickly grew.
