PAI Northern Thai Kitchen began on an elephant ride in Northern Thailand, where Jeff met Nuit, a dedicated nurse with a gift for cooking. Their shared love for Thai cuisine led to the Curry Shack, a small restaurant in Pai where Nuit cooked each night after hospital shifts, quickly becoming a favorite among locals and travelers. After moving to Canada, they opened PAI in 2011, bringing Nuit’s authentic Northern Thai dishes to Toronto. Today, they proudly share her passion, offering guests an unforgettable taste of Thailand
